This workshop incorporates core compliance requirements and provides tools to develop a methodical and thorough approach to accountability reporting. Like other QED workshops in quality management, the focus is on streamlining evidence collection and analysis to support effective self assessment.

The intended outcomes are that participants can:
1. Explain the whole and parts of overall PTE accountability compliance
2. Identify key measures, links and overlaps in the relevant Rules and Guidelines
3. Prioritise key compliance roles and responsibilities in the organisation
4. Plan efficient and effective reporting of compliance evidence
5. Integrate compliance management and reporting into self assessment for EER.

This workshop can make a big difference to how you collect and collate your compliance evidence, contributing to such things as your next consistency review, self-review of the code, and External Evaluation and Review.

QED has advised hundreds of PTEs through its quality management workshops over more than 10 years, and analysed hundreds of reports covering individual EERs and Consistency reviews. This workshop brings together key documents and core elements of best practice observations over the years.
