Complaints Process
If you have a complaint about QED or one of our staff members:
- Please complete our QED Complaint Form. By completing the form, your complaint will be raised with the QED facilitator/staff member most closely concerned.
- All complaints will be reviewed at the next available monthly Management and Delivery Team meeting, and a representative will inform you of the suggested complaint resolution.
- If you are not satisfied with the Management and Delivery Team’s response, you can contact NZQA - Ph: 0800 697 296 or email risk@nzqa.govt.nz or phone (04) 802 3000. For financial or contractual disputes you can contact Tertiary Education Disputes Resolution at - Ph: 0800 00 8337 or email tedr.org.nz.
