Complaints Process

If you have a complaint about QED or one of our staff members:

  • Please complete our QED Complaint Form. By completing the form, your complaint will be raised with the QED facilitator/staff member most closely concerned.
  • All complaints will be reviewed at the next available monthly Management and Delivery Team meeting, and a representative will inform you of the suggested complaint resolution.
